Sometimes I feel like a crazy human being on a mission to make everything around me visually wonderful; I suppose that is part of the attributes of an artistic mind.  I am always thinking of how to expand my art and my love of art into how I live and work.  

I come from a large extended family with many artistically talented relatives. The closest being my father who loved technology and working with his hands; photography was one of his many interests.  His technology passion and my childhood creativity turned into perspectives I still am firmly rooted in. 

I was gifted my first film camera around the age of 10.  From there my passion took hold throughout my schooling years; taking classes in high school and college. Somehow the world got to me and I was led to believe I needed a "real job".  In the process of trying to find that elusive perfect profession, I fell into a position with an incredible photography studio, Leppert Photography, who took me under their wings and supported me while I grew my artistic and technical skills.  So since 1999 I've been able to proudly claim photography as my profession.  I opened Erin Dial Photography in 2004 and have been on my entrepreneurial journey ever since! 

My life has taken many winding and zigzagging paths since then.  I've learned to grow into my job of being a mother to a unique special needs child and I've recently learned to bake dog treats for his business, Zane's Delights. His dad and I have been married for 25 years and love to travel and hike...those are some of the things we live for!  

All of the twists and turns have made me grow into the human that I felt I needed to be and see the world in a different way than I did in the past.  Having open perspectives in my vision and mind is what makes my work what it is.  I passionately want to impress every client with images to last a lifetime and I hope I will have a chance to do that for you.
